This role plays a critical part in designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for high-performance industrial equipment.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and debug PLC software for custom automation and packaging machinery
• Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical
• Select and integrate electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, sensors, and safety devices
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Support machine startup, testing, and troubleshooting in-house (minimal to no travel)
• Maintain and improve standard PLC code, electrical design templates, and documentation
• Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and customer specifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of PLC programming experience on Allen Bradley
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical preferred
