Job DetailsWhat you will doLead electrical engineering projects from initial concept through design, installation, commissioning, and closeoutDevelop project scope, specifications, and support vendor selection and bid processesPartner with production, maintenance, and technical teams to solve equipment and process issuesAnalyze process and equipment data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvementsDesign and implement control system upgrades, including PLC, HMI, and automation improvementsSupport troubleshooting of production equipment and provide technical solutions to recurring issuesWork on automation and inspection systems to improve process consistency and data visibilityInstall and support monitoring systems on production equipmentMentor junior engineers and provide guidance on projects and technical developmentSupport off-shift work as needed during project executionWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringAt least 1 year of experience in electrical engineering (internship experience counts)Strong communication skills with ability to work across production, maintenance, and engineering teamsProficiency with basic engineering and project toolsNice to haveExperience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environmentHands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, and automation systemsFamiliarity with industrial data systems and process monitoring toolsExperience designing, installing, or maintaining electromechanical systemsExposure to leading or supporting capital projectsExperience with common industrial control platformsSchedule + EnvironmentDay shift engineering role with occasional off-hours support for projectsFast-paced, production-driven environment with strong cross-functional collaborationHigh visibility role tied directly to equipment performance and production outputWhy UsOpportunity to own full lifecycle capital projects, not just design workDirect impact on automation, reliability, and production efficiencyExposure to large-scale industrial systems and complex manufacturing processesCollaborative environment working closely with maintenance and operationsClear growth path into senior engineering or project leadership rolesInterested in hearing more?
