- Responsible for the design, build, and test of space-based electronics for multiple projects.
- Use simulation tools, such as Spice, to test and validate designs and make necessary adjustments.
- Design and layout PCBs, utilizing your experience with Altium.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to manufacturing and support.
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure the successful integration of the electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design, development, or testing stages.
- Prepare and present reports, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role designing electronic circuits using CAD based programs (Altium preferred)
- Proven experience in analog circuit design
- Experience supporting satellite, aerospace, or military / defense products is highly desirable.
- Some experience with either microcontrollers, FPGAs, or embedded processors.
- Full product lifecycle development experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- GaN FET experience a big plus!
