Job Description
Judge Direct Placement is hiring an Electrical Engineer to support a HIGH SPEED MANUFACTURING facility. This is a newly created, hands‑on role with no direct reports. Candidates from any industry are welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Lead PLC/HMI troubleshooting, modifications, and system improvements
- Support process automation upgrades and new technology integration
- Ensure electrical designs meet safety, and plant standards
- Maintain arc‑flash program and provide circuit/equipment specifications
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Support sustainability and energy‑efficiency initiatives
What You Need
- Must‑have: Manufacturing industry experience
- Allen‑Bradley PLCs, HMI, and formal PLC training
- Associate degree in Engineering Required
- Nice‑to‑have: Wonderware, PanelView
Compensation & Details
- Salary 65-85k
- 7% annual bonus (company/personal/business objectives)
- Relocation: Small relo for nearby candidates
- Ideal for local candidates or those with ties to Arkansas
