Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an ambitious and proven Manufacturing Integration Engineer to join our team in Englewood, CO. You will bring outstanding engineering and manufacturing expertise to effectively implement our prototype to production integration strategy. Your skill in determining and managing resources carefully to guarantee flawless program execution will set you apart. We value a collaborative spirit and a drive to deliver world-class results.

What you get to do!

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development and production of aerospace vehicles and components!
  • Partner with different Re:Build organizations to establish project scope, plan schedules, and coordinate resources.
  • Drive critical in-sourcing initiatives from concept through commissioning.
  • Coordinate with program managers and shop personnel to meet composition, build, test, and production objectives.

What you will bring to the Team

  • Demonstrated background in engineering and manufacturing, particularly within the aerospace sector.
  • Ability to guide and support the team to achieve success through mentoring.
  • Experience in handling resources and directing projects from prototype through to production integration.
  • Effective at presenting to all levels of leadership and working across different departments.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $152,000 to $228,000 depending on experience
