Electrical Engineer (Mid - Senior)

Position Summary: The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic components, assemblies, and systems used in complex equipment and electrical engineering applications. This role involves defining design parameters, analyzing system performance, and ensuring reliability and integration of electrical subsystems within larger engineering systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and evaluate electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry for equipment and hardware systems. Determine appropriate design approaches, methods, and parameters to meet system and project requirements. Conduct analyses and experimental tests, interpret data, and evaluate results to verify design performance. Select and specify electrical components and equipment based on technical, cost, and reliability criteria. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration, manufacturability, and customer compatibility. Review and assess vendor capabilities to support product development and component sourcing. Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Semiconductor capital equipment power distribution design experience. Strong understanding of the PCB design process and related tools. Working knowledge of system design models, such as the Systems “Vee.” Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and understand interdependencies in system design. Understanding of system integration requirements for customer facility installation. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Proven leadership, ownership, and accountability in project execution. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
