Electrical Engineer Indianapolis, IN Direct Hire Summary: We're looking for a career-level Electrical Engineer in the Indianapolis area who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facilities. Responsibilities: You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce designs for Medium and Low voltage power, UPS/Generators, Lighting, Grounding, Fire Alarm, Security, Public Address (PA), Telecomm and Heat Trace systems. You will also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals, helping your team Client what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering 10+ years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain within one year Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) Work collaboratively to achieve overall project delivery goals Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT Previous leadership of electrical engineers and designers US citizenship required
