Whether you're just starting out or bringing a few years of experience, you'll be part of a team that values learning, curiosity, and collaboration.Join us and help create smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions for tomorrow's challenges.What You'll Be DoingCollaborating with a design team to develop new products and improve existing onesSupporting product development through design input, analysis, and testingCreating and executing test plans using a range of power supplies (low voltage DC, high voltage AC/DC, and 120-690Vac mains)Documenting project work including sketches, specifications, and design journalsParticipating in prototype construction and testing activitiesLearning new tools and techniques through onboarding, training, and hands-on experienceContributing to project planning and tracking to meet performance, quality, and cost goalsWorking closely with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with all standardsWhat We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering0-3 years of experience in power electronics, variable frequency drives, or related areasHands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, and test setupsStrong safety awareness and commitment to a safety-first cultureFamiliarity with engineering tools like MatLab, Pspice, and simulation platformsComfortable working with PC-based equipment and peripheralsEager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team environmentWhat You'll Get from Us

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
