Job Description

A leading engineering and system integration firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer IV to join its growing team in Frazer, PA. With over two decades of proven success, the firm offers comprehensive electrical and control systems design services to clients in the water, wastewater, and private industrial markets. The selected engineer will be tasked with overseeing technical execution of complex electrical systems design projects and ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of each engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of comprehensive electrical deliverables from conceptual proposals.
  • Execute project work independently, managing milestones from initiation through delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams across engineering disciplines to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
  • Balance and manage multiple ongoing design and construction project schedules.
  • Provide senior-level quality control and Professional Engineer (PE) reviews of design documentation.
  • Contribute to high-level technical review sessions and foster a culture of excellence in engineering standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Proficiency in industrial power distribution and motor control systems, with an emphasis on construction-grade deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and construction specifications effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage workload across tight and conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and commitment to project timelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in electrical design for industrial applications.
  • Expertise in generating signed and sealed drawing packages.
  • Experience leading internal and external technical review meetings.
  • Local travel required for site visits and occasional overnight travel for client engagements.
