A leading AmLaw 100 firm is actively looking for talented patent professionals to enhance their Patent Prosecution Practice Group specializing in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The right candidate will demonstrate excellent academic credentials as well as substantial experience in law firm settings, engineering, or relevant industry roles. Strong writing and communication expertise is a must. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in patent preparation and prosecution, supported by a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Applicants should be well-versed in patent prosecution involving technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, neural networks, RF circuitry, and hardware or communications security, including encryption and decryption processes. USPTO admission is mandatory. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, resume, transcripts, and a writing sample, preferably a patent application. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a potential performance-based discretionary bonus.
