Join a leading AmLaw 100 firm and elevate your expertise within their dynamic Patent Prosecution Practice Group. We are eager to welcome skilled patent experts with a proven academic track record, coupled with significant experience in legal, engineering, or industry settings. Your proficiency in communication and technical writing will be invaluable.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years' hands-on experience in patent drafting and prosecution, as well as a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
We highly value experience in: - Electrical engineering and software-centric patent prosecution - Emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and neural networks - RF circuitry and advanced communication systems - Security technologies including encryption and decryption methods
Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is essential.

We offer a competitive compensation package, ranging from $110,000 to $190,000, based on your experience level, along with potential bonuses subject to performance.
