Job Description

AMETEK believes in developing its leaders from within. As an Electrical Engineering Management Program Associate, you will be part of a small and select group of college students chosen each year for this special program. During the 3-year program, you will receive fully paid relocation to a US-based AMETEK business at the start of each rotation (July of each year). The goal of the rotational program is to expose you to new technologies, new customers, strong leaders, and brilliant engineers to fast-track your engineering career within AMETEK.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE)
  • Minimum 3.0 grade point average
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026
  • Flexible and adaptable to new situations
  • Inquisitive nature and a passion for solving problems
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team contributor
  • Ability to relocate for expanded career opportunities

As rotations may include business units that are Department of Defense (DoD) suppliers, associates may work with or be exposed to export controlled information and/or information that has been designated as classified information. This information may only be seen or handled by US citizens or qualified permanent residents or those with proper clearances.
