Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineering Manager position include:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
Minimum 7 years of experience leading and coordinating multi-discipline engineering teams
At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering management and design for commercial buildings, preferably in aviation, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, or government facilities
Revit MEP proficiency required, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 and engineering software
Strong understanding of local, state, and national codes, consulting engineering processes, and multiple project delivery methods
Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, including workload planning, mentoring, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
Perform electrical system design for lighting, power distribution, emergency generation, fire alarm, security, and related systems while coordinating BIM production and contract documents
Support construction administration, maintain strong client and partner relationships, and ensure projects stay on track for scope, quality, and client satisfaction

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
