Job DetailsThis role combines hands on technical leadership with strategic oversight, offering the opportunity to shape department growth, engineering standards, and long term success in a fast paced, project driven environment.Key Responsibilities

• * Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support staff while serving as the technical authority for electrical deliverables.
• * Collaborate across disciplines and with project management to deliver multi discipline projects from concept through execution.
• * Mentor team members, maintain and improve departmental standards and workflows, and support client engagement and business development efforts.
• * Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• * Background supporting industrial or heavy manufacturing projects.
• * Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
