Job Description

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary electronics engineering team, providing technical direction and career development support. Oversee the design and development of advanced power electronics, motor control systems, and embedded hardware solutions. Drive product development from concept, architecture, and prototyping through manufacturing and production release. Manage technical project execution, schedules, engineering resources, and risk mitigation activities. Support customer engagements, design reviews, technical presentations, and business development initiatives. Lead root cause investigations, manufacturing test strategy development, and continuous improvement efforts.

The Successful Applicant

Experience leading engineering teams within aerospace, defense, military, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments. Strong background in power electronics, DC-DC converters, motor drivers, embedded systems, FPGAs, and microprocessor-based designs. Proven ability to manage multiple engineering projects while balancing quality, budget, and delivery timelines. Hands-on experience with Altium, LTspice, LabVIEW, and standard Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with prior people management experience and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
