Electrical Estimator

Join a Growing Electrical Contractor

A growing electrical contractor in the Kansas City area is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join its team. This company is known for delivering quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical construction projects
Review plans, specifications, and project documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing calculations
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
Collaborate with project managers, field personnel, and clients throughout the bidding process
Assist with bid preparation and proposal development
Maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners

Qualifications

Experience estimating electrical construction projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
