• * Prepare cost estimates for transmission, distribution, and underground projects
• * Review RFP packages and project documentation
• * Perform material and labor take-offs
• * Attend field walkdowns with superintendents and customer representatives
• * Develop proposals including schedules, cash flow projections, and execution plans
• * Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and timelines
• * Present proposals and participate in bid review discussions
• * Hand off completed estimates to project managers and explain execution plans in detail

Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field
• * Experience estimating transmission or distribution construction projects
• * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, OneDrive)
• * Experience using Oracle Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
• * Ability to independently prepare proposals
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
