Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a strong electrical background, capable of managing complex projects and leading a team of electricians to success. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Supervise: Oversee a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.
Education: Licensed Electrician with relevant certifications or willing to become licensed in Hawaii.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
