Job Description
HM Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and/or industrial projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites
Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
Order materials and manage job site inventory
Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code
Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
