- Supervise and lead a team of electricians to ensure the successful installation of electrical systems on-site.
- Review project plans and specifications, ensuring understanding and adherence to established workflows and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align project goals, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor work quality and compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that team members follow safety protocols and precautions.
- Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices in electrical work.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of electrical materials, ensuring supplies meet project requirements.
- Resolve on-site challenges and troubleshoot issues related to electrical installations promptly.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical installation or construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (Foreman or Lead Electrician preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid electrical license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
