Electrical Foreman / Electrical Superintendent North Charlotte Metro Area | Direct Hire | $30–$42/hr (DOE) + Bonuses Our client, a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role may be scoped as an Electrical Foreman or an Electrical Superintendent depending on prior experience, leadership background, and project complexity, with responsibilities and compensation aligned accordingly. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for supervising field teams, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards of quality. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving challenges in the field, taking ownership of jobsite execution, and representing a company known for its reliability and craftsmanship. Electrical Foreman / Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities: Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and plans, ensuring NEC and local code compliance. Oversee safe and efficient installation of electrical systems. Manage materials, tools, labor, and safety on active projects. Act as the on-site liaison between project management and field crews. Mentor journeymen and apprentices to build team capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve site challenges promptly. Track progress and provide updates to leadership. Electrical Foreman / Electrical Superintendent Qualifications: Previous experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, or Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects. Skilled at reading and applying technical drawings, layouts, and schematics. Strong leadership skills with an interest in training and team development. Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and local codes. Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with field-based technology for scheduling and reporting. Valid driver’s license required.
