Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating installations, and ensuring all electrical and control systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews in the installation of power distribution systems, lighting systems, and lighting control systems
Interpret and execute electrical drawings, control schematics, and specifications
Oversee installation and commissioning of lighting control systems (e.g., occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, dimming systems, control panels)
Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues in the field
Track materials, equipment, and labor hours; assist with project scheduling and forecasting

Requirements:

3+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2+ years in a foreman or lead role
Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred but not required

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
