As anElectrical Generator Assembler, you’ll play a hand-on role in the assembly of our Jenbacher generators on our new manufacturing line in Waukesha, WI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics.
  • Perform electrical installations on production lines.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards.
  • Document all work accurately and maintain records.
  • Operate cable assembly equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Completed training or certification in electrical,  electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics.
  • Hands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
  • Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance).

Additional Information:

  • Location: Waukesha, WI
  • Work Schedule: First Shift Monday through Friday (Candidates need to be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs).
  • Visa Sponsorship:  This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
