As anElectrical Generator Assembler, you’ll play a hand-on role in the assembly of our Jenbacher generators on our new manufacturing line in Waukesha, WI.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics.
- Perform electrical installations on production lines.
- Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards.
- Document all work accurately and maintain records.
- Operate cable assembly equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
What You’ll Bring:
- Completed training or certification in electrical, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics.
- Hands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance).
Additional Information:
- Location: Waukesha, WI
- Work Schedule: First Shift Monday through Friday (Candidates need to be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs).
- Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
