Description

An innovative full-service engineering firm in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer/Designer to serve as a key technical leader on complex, high-impact projects nationwide. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Lead Engineer/Designer position include:

6+ years of related building systems industry experience
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, design software tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients and project teams while coordinating with project managers on scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Lead and guide technical electrical designs based on client and project manager criteria
Provide technical guidance, mentor less experienced staff, and contribute to company design standards and best practices
Lead construction administration, design coordination, QA/QC documentation, and issue resolution to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Salary: $94,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
