VSSI Staffing Haltom City is hiring experienced Mechanical Assemblers for clients in Fort Worth. JOB INFORMATION: Job: Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers Location: Fort Worth Shift: Day shift hours may vary according to work need. Availability as early as 5am and as late as 5pm. Saturdays when needed. Mandatory overtime as needed. Pay Rate: $20-$24. Must Pass: 6-panel drug test and pass a 7-year background check. Speak/Read/Write English. Need: 2 forms of valid ID to meet I-9 requirements. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred ideal). Assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Follows detailed assembly instructions and processes. Reads wiring diagrams, schematics and other production related documentation. Ability to strip, crimp, and solder wires, connectors, and cable assemblies. Uses power tools, hand tools, drills, etc. Experience with installing threaded inserts and other mechanical fastening hardware. Familiar with common inspection tools such as calipers, voltmeters, etc. Performs machine setup where applicable; runs machines and processes. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Stand 8 or more hours per day. Bend, lift, stoop, and more. Lift up to but no more than 50 lbs.
