Position Overview

We are hiring Production / Assembly Associates to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality EV chargers and related components. This role involves hands-on work in a clean, organized production environment with the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform light-to-moderate mechanical and electrical assembly tasks per work instructions.

  • Handle materials, components, and tools safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect parts visually and ensure quality standards are met before final assembly.

  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.

  • Keep workstations and equipment clean in accordance with company safety and 5S standards.

  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
