Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician Location: Bedford, OH Keep Manufacturing Running at Its Best! Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment? We're looking for a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Bedford, OH team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and facility equipment.
- Install new machinery, electrical wiring, conduit, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Work with PLC controls, drives, motors, pumps, and electrical systems including 24V DC, 110V, 240V single-phase, and 480V three-phase.
- Perform facility maintenance, welding, fabrication, pump rebuilding, lift truck maintenance, and maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
- 5+ years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with welding (MIG/Arc), fabrication, and use of precision measuring tools.
- Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Forklift certification, maintenance certifications, and experience with web handling, coating, or slitting equipment are a plus.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
