Job Description

NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking an entry-level Electrical Panel Assembler to support the layout and assembly of electrical panels in accordance with customer specifications. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and collaboratively in a production environment.

Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler Location: Auburn Hills, MI Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch

Key Responsibilities

Review build sheets and production documentation
Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build preparation instructions
Install electrical components and controllers per provided documentation
Wire components using correct color and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
Assist coworkers to support a positive team-focused work environment
Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Technical or vocational training preferred but not required
