Electrical Panel Assembler Location: Auburn Hills, MI Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch
POSITION SUMMARY
This is an entry-level Electrical Panel Assembler position responsible for supporting the layout and assembly of electrical panels according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a production-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review build sheets and production documentation
- Assemble electrical plates and enclosures following build preparation instructions
- Install electrical components and controllers per documentation
- Wire components using correct color and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
- Assist coworkers to promote a positive and collaborative team environment
- Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training preferred
