Summary:

We are seeking experienced Electrical Planners to support large‑ and small‑scale nuclear project work. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and preparing high‑quality electrical work packages to ensure project execution is safe, compliant, and efficient. The Electrical Planner will work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to support modification and maintenance activities in a regulated nuclear environment.

This position offers long‑term project work, 10‑hour shifts, and per diem eligibility.

Required Skills:

·         Electrical work package planning and preparation for maintenance and modification projects

·         Strong knowledge of nuclear power plant work management and planning processes

·         Experience conducting field walkdowns and developing detailed job scopes

·         Ability to prepare and review work instructions, procedures, drawings, and material lists

·         Familiarity with NEC codes, station procedures, and regulatory requirements

·         Experience supporting RWPs, ALARA planning, clearance orders, and operability reviews

·         Ability to interface with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Contractors

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving capability

·         Proficient computer skills (work management and documentation systems)

·         Understanding of nuclear safety culture, security requirements, and plant regulations

·         Ability to qualify as a Planner I
