Location: Oahu, HI (Kapolei)

ABOUT US

We're a growing electrical contracting company based in Hawaii, specializing in medium voltage distribution, underground utilities, and solar systems for major commercial and infrastructure projects. We're currently expanding our scope on a large, multi-phase residential development with the potential to run 15 years, alongside federal infrastructure work on Oahu. We pride ourselves on building long-term, collaborative relationships with project owners and delivering top-tier performance that keeps us winning future phases of work. As we grow, we're looking for experienced leaders who want to grow with us.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent to lead the first phase of a large residential development project in Hawaii. This is a hybrid role combining project management and field supervision, with the opportunity to grow as the company's scope on this project expands. The development is forecasted to run 15 years, with potential for the company to take on additional horizontal, vertical, and solar work in future phases. Early, strong performance on this first phase will directly shape the growth of this role and the team around it.

Scope: Residential medium voltage distribution, carport and building solar systems. Excavation is handled by a subcontractor. The role covers installation of duct banks, precast vaults, street and parking lot lighting systems, medium voltage cabling and terminations, and switchgear and transformer installation.

Crew size: 4 to 8 workers during horizontal work, growing to 6 to 12 additional workers when solar work begins.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the relationship with the project owner, acting as the primary point of contact and building a collaborative, trust-based partnership.
  • Manage project budget, schedule, subcontractors, materials, and workforce.
  • Keep the project under budget and the civil subcontractor on schedule.
  • Ensure materials arrive on site when needed.
  • Coordinate with the foreman to keep the right workforce on site at the right time.
  • Coordinate with other contractors on the project.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the project.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Health & Dental coverage
  • 401(K)
  • Relocation assistance
  • Vehicle & gas card
  • We're growing and have a lot of upcoming projects

If you're ready to bring your expertise to a company on the rise and help shape what comes next for us, we'd love to hear from you!
