Job Description

Master Electrical Services, LLC is hiring an Electrical Project Manager Assistant who is ready to launch a long-term career. This position is structured as a direct pathway to becoming a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry. You’ll work directly with experienced Project Managers on active commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client communication. You'll learn how real projects are built from start to finish.

Who We're Looking For:

Construction background (electrical experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Motivated to grow and take ownership of role

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs & change orders
Help coordinate and monitor material purchasing, deliveries, and inventory
Track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to keep jobs on pace
Coordinate with field teams & vendors
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and reporting
Support budget and job cost tracking
