Take your construction career to paradise with this exciting Electrical Project Manager opportunity in the U.S. Virgin Islands! Join a rapidly growing electrical construction firm known for delivering high-impact projects across hospitality, commercial, government, and solar markets. Based in St. Croix (with projects also in St. Thomas), you’ll oversee large-scale electrical installations while living in one of the most beautiful locations in the U.S. With a flexible work culture, strong support team, and room to grow, this is a unique opportunity to thrive both professionally and personally.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical construction (installation or high-level project management)
- Ability to manage $5M–$10M electrical construction projects, including schools, hospitals, housing, and solar fields
- Strong background in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor/vendor coordination
- Hands-on experience with logistics, RFIs, change orders, payment applications, and field support
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- Willingness to relocate to St. Croix (relocation assistance and housing per diem provided)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic island environment—must be adaptable
- Spanish fluency is a plus; must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 5% match, flexible PTO, annual performance-based bonuses, company vehicle on the island, and 3–4 company-paid trips home per year. Housing setup and generous per diems are also available depending on family size.
