Description

A growing electrical construction firm is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a full-time office/field-based role. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven project leader to own electrical projects from turnover through closeout, partnering closely with field teams to drive safety, quality, budget control, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager position include:

Manage assigned electrical projects from project turnover through closeout and warranty while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and contract compliance.
Review contracts, plans, specifications, addenda, proposal documents, scope gaps, risk items, cost codes, billing schedules, and project setup requirements.
Develop baseline schedules, 2-3 week look-aheads, labor forecasts, manpower plans, logistics plans, and weekly production meeting action items.
Manage procurement, RFQs, buyout, purchase orders, submittals, lead times, deliveries, inventory control, vendor invoices, backorders, and credits.
Partner with Foremen and Superintendents to coordinate field priorities, inspections, productivity targets, RFIs, sketches, updated drawings, and trade coordination.
Track budgets, committed costs, actual costs, labor productivity, cost-to-complete forecasts, change orders, contingency logs, billing backup, retainage, and project financial reporting.
Maintain documentation for RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, daily reports, photos, correspondence, SharePoint/Teams files, Excel trackers, and closeout packages.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, AHJ requirements, permits, inspections, QA/QC checkpoints, testing, commissioning, punch lists, and warranty support.

Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
