As an Electrical Project Manager with Hertz Electric, you will oversee commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring all project phases are executed seamlessly. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for problem-solving, team leadership, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to streamline project tasks.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and documented according to company and industry standards.
• Oversee project procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues.
• Utilize project management tools (such as Procore and Company Cam) to manage schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in project management within the electrical or construction field, with a strong preference for commercial project experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings; proficiency in Procore and Company Cam is a plus (training available).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capacity for troubleshooting and resolving project issues in a timely and effective manner.
• An OSHA 40 certification is required for work in New Jersey, while a New York City DOB SST card is mandatory for work in New York City.
