Electrical Project Manager – Moore's Electrical & Mechanical

Location: Altavista, VA | Full‑Time

The Role

We're hiring Project Managers who command quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foreman. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.
Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedule
Creation, monitoring, and updating of cost breakdown
Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.
Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment
Manage all subcontractors
Ensure job sites are being kept safe
Estimation of projects
Perform other duties when asked

You Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership skills accompanied by strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and resources
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Team mentality
Strong computer skills including Microsoft products
Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam experience preferred
Strong commercial electrical trade knowledge
Ability to climb and work in tight areas
