ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER-JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for managing commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

1. Manage electrical construction projects through full lifecycle.

1. Coordinate with estimating, field teams, and general contractors.

1. Review drawings, contracts, and project schedules.

1. Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

1. Track budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.

1. Prepare billings and participate in WIP meetings.

1. Conduct jobsite visits and monitor milestones.

1. Complete project closeout documentation.

1. Commercial electrical project management experience.

1. Ability to read plans and specifications.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.

1. Ability to manage multiple projects.
