Job Description
Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of a major mission critical project in the Atlanta market. This Senior Project Manager role will provide strategic leadership across commercial, operational, and project execution functions.Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, schedules, and financial performance
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to project management and field teams
Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
Coordinate closely with engineering, preconstruction, and site operations teams

Strong background delivering mission critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects
Demonstrated success leading projects valued in excess of $50M+Electrical contracting experience with strong operational and commercial knowledge
Experience partnering with major general contractors on large construction programs
Strong budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration capabilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with construction technologies such as Autodesk, AccuBid, Viewpoint Spectrum, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Ability to be based in Atlanta with potential future travel opportunities
