Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and financing options
Maintain appropriate inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment on your vehicle
Travel throughout the service area to complete scheduled calls efficiently
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and customer needs
Obtain customer authorization and payment upon job completion
Meet established performance and sales goals
Generate opportunities for replacement consultations when appropriate
Consistently meet or exceed company performance standards
What We're Looking ForQualifications:5+ years of electrical experience
Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices
Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with inspectors, suppliers, and team members
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations as needed
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
