- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonus
- Mileage reimbursement provided for all project-related travel

- $100/day per diem provided
- $190/day per diem
- Employee responsible for arranging and covering lodging (e.g., Airbnb or other accommodations)
- Safety and compliance
- Schedule and production
- Quality and inspections
- Resource planning and coordination
- Cost control and margin performance
- Enforce jobsite safety standards, pre-task planning, and compliance requirements (including ICRA for healthcare projects)
- Own and manage the electrical schedule, including look-aheads and proactive recovery planning
- Ensure all installations meet code, contract specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule and quality expectations
- Manage material procurement to ensure proper quantities and timing
- Oversee tool inventory, staging, and readiness for each phase
- Coordinate subcontractor mobilization, sequencing, and scope alignment
- Forecast labor and material needs and communicate proactively with project management
- Drive daily production performance across electrical crews
- Monitor productivity and identify inefficiencies using tools such as Procore
- Coach Foremen and field teams on sequencing, execution, and continuous improvement
- Implement field strategies to reduce labor hours, rework, and material waste
- Understand project budgets and the electrical scope’s financial impact
- Track costs vs. plan and proactively address variances
- Minimize rework, over-ordering, and inefficient labor utilization
- Partner with project management to capture and process change orders
- Strong ownership of project outcomes, not just tasks
- Consistent delivery of safe, on-time, high-quality electrical work
- Clear communication and proactive problem-solving
- Data-driven decision-making and accountability
- Continuous improvement in field execution and team performance
- Master Electrician license
- 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
- 2–3+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking productivity, costs, and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (~50%)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Career progression from Journeyman Foreman Superintendent
- Experience working on healthcare projects (ICRA compliance, medical systems)
- Experience with prefab and modular electrical installation
- Proficiency with Procore or similar project management tools
- OSHA 30 certification
