Opportunity Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor with WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse, you will work on site at the Palisades nuclear site in Covert, MI. This is a full time 6-12-month contract reporting to the Site Manager at Palisades.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Oversee electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance
- Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks
Who You Are:
- Field experience in electrical work
- Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other regulated environments
- Be able to manage crews and resolve issues on-site
- 5+ years of experience with electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance) preferred
- High School Graduate or Equivalent

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $65.00/hour to $75.00/hour.
