The company continues to invest heavily in equipment upgrades, automation, and preventive maintenance, making it an ideal fit for skilled professionals who want to be challenged and valued.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair 120V/240V/480V and medium voltage systemsCalibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation, including flow, temperature, pressure, and level transmittersProgram, diagnose, and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, SCADA/HMI systemsInterpret and work from electrical schematics, P&IDs, and NEC codesMaintain and troubleshoot MCCs, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and motor controlsSupport boiler/burner systems, pumps, and motor-operated valves (MOVs)Execute conduit/pipe layout, tubing, and bending as neededCollaborate with other departments to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and upgrade projectsDocument work using CMMS systems and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsQualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or food manufacturing electrical/instrumentation rolesStrong working knowledge of PLC logic and control systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)Solid understanding of NEC, electrical safety standards, and medium-voltage systemsAbility to read/interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systemsAbility to work independently or lead small teams during projects and shutdownsInterested in hearing more?
