Electrical Test Engineer
Location: Kent, WA 98032
Industry: Aerospace / Manufacturing
Salary: $60-66/hr
Employment Type: Contract through December 2026; potential to convert or extend
Schedule: Day Shift; must have weekend availability
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate performance testing, calibration, environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans
- Provide support to identify root causes for failures of hardware during development test cycles
- Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits
- Review and processing of large data sets to identify nonconformances
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related
- 3+ years of hands on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment
- Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
- Flexibility to support weekend shifts or non-standard hours may be required based on business needs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production and attendance expectations
