Job Description

Electrical Test Technician (Manufacturing)

Shift: All shifts available!

Pay: $27-$30/hr

This role is ideal for someone with a basic electrical background who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and wants to grow their skills in electrical testing. You will support production by testing and verifying electrical components and systems to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

Basic electrical background through education or hands-on experience
Ability to safely and accurately use a multimeter
Understanding of electrical safety practices and willingness to follow safety procedures at all times
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Perform electrical and functional testing on manufactured equipment
Test switches, backup batteries, static transfer switches (STS), and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)
Work with electrical systems ranging from 208 to 480 volts
Use multimeters and other test equipment to verify proper operation
Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines
Identify, troubleshoot, and report issues to support production flow

Manufacturing & Team Skills

Accurately document test results and follow quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow technical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment
