Join our Learning & Development team at Comal Services and use your expertise to design and deliver high-impact training programs. In this role, you will be crucial to shaping the future of our teams by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Training: Lead technical and trade-related training classes.
Design Curriculum: Develop technical training materials based on company needs.
Coach Employees: Provide on-site coaching and development to employees.
Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
5+ years in electrical trades.
1-2 years in training facilitation.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audiovisual equipment.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
