About the RoleAs our Engineering VDC Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our electrical construction efforts. You’ll support engineering and construction teams by developing, maintaining, and coordinating high-accuracy 3D Revit models for complex electrical systems.What You’ll Do (Essential Functions):

• Model Management: Develop and manage detailed electrical models in Revit according to project standards.
• Coordination: Use Autodesk tools to sync models with internal teams and ensure seamless project integration.
• QA/QC: Perform rigorous quality checks for constructability, scope alignment, and technical accuracy.
• Clash Detection: Run clash reports in Navisworks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues before they hit the field.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineers to translate designs into functional 3D models.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor BIM Modelers to maintain high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Technology & Tools:

• Expert Level: Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Standard Suite: Microsoft Office.
• Preferred Experience: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and previous model coordination leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical VDC/BIM coordination.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and constructability.
• Ability to attend an onsite new hire orientation (all other work is remote).
