Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Electricians to join their team. As a Electricians, you will be part of the Electrical Assembly Department supporting the manufacturing and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:19-22
Shift: Nights 4/10 days M-Th with OT and Weekend Shift Fri, Sat & Sun 6a-6p Available
What's the Job?
- Connect wiring between components according to wiring prints, specification sheets, and Bill of Materials using hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, and crimpers.
- Install wiring, lugs, switches, heaters, relays, and other components in frames, panels, or structural supports based on design specifications.
- Lay out, route, and secure wiring using bundles, clips, bushings, and other protective devices.
- Crimp appropriate size and type of lugs to wire ends with hand crimping devices, ensuring secure connections.
- Maintain a safe work environment by attending safety meetings, wearing proper protective gear, and adhering to safety standards and protocols.
What's Needed?
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and tape measures.
- Ability to read tape measures and electrical point-to-point wiring prints.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow simple to moderately complex instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Regular attendance during scheduled shifts and willingness to work overtime as needed.
