Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical products within a production environment. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience who are comfortable working with tools, schematics, soldering equipment, and quality processes in a fast-paced setting.

Assemble and rework electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical products, including wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, welding, testing, and final assembly operations.
Interpret schematics and blueprints while using hand tools, measurement devices, soldering equipment, and test equipment to meet quality and production standards.
Support production efficiency, troubleshooting, process improvements, and engineering initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and IPC standards.
Complete documentation, inventory transactions, and work orders in Oracle/Agile systems while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments involving electronic or electro-mechanical components.
