Electronic Assembler

Nesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Assembler located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: 8AM-4:30PM Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies in a production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working with small parts and tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and PCB boards according to work instructions and schematics
• Perform basic wiring, crimping, and component placement on printed circuit boards
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• Previous electronic or PCB assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of electronic components is a plus
• Soldering experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
