Electric Assembly OperatorHuntsville, AL
Available Shifts:
Morning 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $15 - 18

Job Responsibilities
- Operates machinery and production equipment on small electronic parts in preparation for further production activities
- Monitors and adjusts production process to ensure product specifications are met
- Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to health and safety regulations
- Performs proper documentation through assigned stages of production
- Performs quality checks and inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitors inventory levels and inform management of low stock or supply needs
- Completes assigned training tasks
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience working with small electrical components in a previous role
- High School graduate (or equivalent) preferred
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role helpful
- Ability to work with and process small components by hand
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Ability to learn how to process a variety of electronic parts, including, but not limited to inspection, manipulation, orientation, tinning, re-balling, lead forming, marking, taping, scanning, quality review, etc.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail to ensure all parts are processed according to designated specifications with minimal error or defects
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manipulate very small materials by hand
- Ability to work steadily for long periods of time
